6️⃣ Your Signature
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request
You can send your DMCA Notice via email:

📍 Subject Line: “DMCA Takedown Request – Copyright Violation”
Once we receive a valid DMCA request, we will:
✅ Review the claim and verify its authenticity.
✅ Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
✅ Notify the content provider/user about the takedown request.
3. Filing a Counter-Notice (If You Believe the Removal Was a Mistake)
If you believe that the content removed due to a DMCA notice was wrongfully taken down (e.g., fair use, authorized use), you may file a Counter-Notification with the following details:
📌 Your full contact details (name, email, phone number).
📌 The URL(s) of the removed content on Business Byte.
📌 A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
📌 Your consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for legal proceedings.
📌 Your signature (physical or electronic).
📧 Submit Counter-Notices to: businessbyteofficial@gmail.com
If your counter-notice is valid, we may restore the removed content unless the complainant files a legal action against you.
4. Repeat Infringers Policy
Business Byte has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. Users who violate copyright laws multiple times may:

❌ Be banned from using our platform.
❌ Face legal consequences, if necessary.
5. Legal Disclaimer
Business Byte is not responsible for copyright violations by third-party contributors, advertisers, or external links. We comply with DMCA regulations and aim to handle infringement claims promptly.
